Yes, we are one of only three authorised service centres in the UK for Pioneer DJ and AlphaTheta. You can verify our status and find more details here: Pioneer DJ Authorised Service Centres.
Unlike most repair centres, we don’t charge by the hour. Our fees are based on a minimum labour charge of £79 + VAT per unit, plus any parts and shipping costs. This way, customers have a clearer idea of the potential costs before bringing their units to us.
We charge an investigation fee of £40 + VAT to diagnose your unit.
You will only pay the repair labour charge (minimum £79 + VAT per unit), plus any parts and carriage if required.
The investigation fee is included within the labour charge, so it is not charged separately.
The £40 + VAT investigation fee will apply, along with any carriage charges if applicable.
This includes cases where:
the repair is declined,

Repair times vary depending on the issue and parts availability, but we aim for fast turnaround wherever possible. Please note that there may be a lead time of up to 10 working days before a technician can perform a diagnostic check due to a high volume of repairs. Additionally, spare parts may be delayed because of manufacturing issues. While we strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Our standard investigation fee is £40 + VAT per unit. This fee covers the technician’s time to diagnose the issue with your equipment.
If you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee will be deducted from the total labour cost quoted. However, if you decide not to go ahead with the repair, or if we are unable to complete it, the investigation fee will still apply.
Yes, whenever possible, we use manufacturer-approved or genuine parts to ensure the highest quality and performance for your equipment. However, due to age or products becoming end-of-life/legacy, there may be instances where original parts are no longer available. In such cases, we will make every effort to source suitable alternatives to ensure your equipment is repaired to the highest standard.
Yes, we can repair water-damaged equipment. However, we recommend that you power off and disconnect the unit immediately to prevent further damage. Please submit a repair request, and we’ll assess the extent of the damage and provide you with a quote for the necessary repairs.
Labour fee (min. £79 + VAT per unit) + parts (quoted after inspection) + any shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept units that have been self-repaired or opened by anyone else. This is because it can make it difficult to locate the original fault and may result in lost or damaged parts. We recommend submitting the unit for a full inspection, and we’ll assess the issue from there.
Unfortunately, we are unable to carry out on-the-spot repairs as we are currently very busy. All units are assessed and repaired in order of priority. If you have any questions about faster turnaround, please contact us. We can advise if our Gold Service is available for expedited inspection. Please note, this service covers inspection only, and parts may still need to be ordered.
If your unit is still under warranty with AlphaTheta, Pioneer DJ, Adam Hall, MarkBass, Dynaudio, Roland / BOSS, Zoom, iCON, or Ecler, you can find more information on how to log a warranty repair claim here: Warranty Repair Information.

Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty on both labour and parts supplied and fitted by us. The warranty starts from the date we notify you that your unit is ready for collection or dispatch.
The warranty covers any recurrence of the same fault we previously repaired. If the same fault reoccurs within 90 days due to our workmanship or a part we supplied, we will, at our discretion, either re-repair the unit or replace the defective component at no additional labour cost.
We repair units from a wide range of manufacturers. A list of our most popular brands can be found here: Manufacturers We Repair.
We may also accept repairs for other brands, so please contact us first to confirm. Keep in mind that our investigation fee is £40 + VAT, and our minimum labour fee is £79 + VAT, so not all repairs may be cost-effective or economical.
