    How Our Repairs Work

    Parts & Labour

    Our minimum labour fee is £79 + VAT (per unit). If any parts are required for your repair – we will quote you for the parts (these will also be + VAT).

    Carriage

    You are welcome to bring your unit to us or send via your own courier. Please note that if using your own courier, please ensure you use the original box (with inserts) where possible and ensure that your service is adequately insured in the rare instance of loss/damage in transit.

    We ask customers not to send units in a flight case. If you bring a unit in person and want it shipping back, we ask you bring a box to send it back in. if you don’t provide a box, we may be able to supply one depending on availability but there will be a box fee. Please do not send/bring anything to us without an RMA number.

    Investigation Fee

    After we have quoted you for the repair, if you decided not to proceed with the repair for any reason, a £40.00 + VAT (£48 total) investigation fee will apply (per unit).

    Lead Time

    Please be aware there may be a lead time of up to 10 working days before a technician is available to carry out the diagnostic check on your unit due to a high influx of repairs. We are also experiencing longer waiting time for spare parts due to manufacturing delays, although we endeavour to repair your unit as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter.
