All Pioneer DJ products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated).

How to Book a Repair

  2. Click “Let’s Start”
  3. Follow the step-by-step instructions to submit your request
  4. At the final stage (after entering your address), you will be asked to select an authorised service centre.

👉 Important:
You must select “Real Electronics 2 Ltd – Sheffield” from the dropdown list.
If this is not selected, we will be unable to process your repair.

Shipping Your Unit

Once submitted, you will receive a pre-paid UPS shipping label via email.

Drop your unit at your nearest UPS location
