Step 1
Fill in the form and await your RMA. Once received, send or bring your item to us. (Items without an RMA will not be accepted.)
Step 2
We carry out a diagnostic check. Please allow up to 10 working days due to high demand.
Step 3
We’ll send you a quote and wait for your go-ahead before repair.
Step 4
We repair, test, and return your unit (payment required before dispatch; declined repairs incur an investigation fee and return carriage). Tracking is provided once dispatched.
