If your equipment is still under warranty, we carry out authorised repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines.
We assess the unit, complete approved repairs, and carry out all required testing before return.

Where possible, we use manufacturer-approved parts and follow the same high standards as warranty work.

Many faults are caused by underlying electronic issues rather than simple wear and tear. Our approach focuses on identifying the root cause of the problem to ensure reliable, long-lasting repairs.

Fill in the form and await your RMA. Once received, send or bring your item to us. (Items without an RMA will not be accepted.)

We carry out a diagnostic check. Please allow up to 10 working days due to high demand.
Step 3
We’ll send you a quote and wait for your go-ahead before repair.
Step 4
We repair, test, and return your unit (payment required before dispatch; declined repairs incur an investigation fee and return carriage). Tracking is provided once dispatched.
